• Document flavor and aroma profiles
• Receive pairing suggestions with beverages and food
• Manage their humidor and organize collections
• Receive alerts and notifications about their collection

3. Age Requirements

VítolaApp is intended exclusively for users who meet the legal minimum age for tobacco product consumption in their jurisdiction. By using our application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• You are legally authorized to consume tobacco products
• You will not provide access to the application to minors

4. User Account

To use certain features of VítolaApp, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Voice Functionality

VítolaApp offers voice-to-text capabilities for recording tasting notes. When using this feature:

• You consent to the processing of your voice recordings
• Recordings are processed and converted to text, then deleted
• We do not permanently store voice audio files
• Processed voice data is subject to our Privacy Policy

7. User Content

All content you create, upload, or share on VítolaApp (notes, ratings, photos, etc.) remains your property. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our application
• Generate personalized recommendations and suggestions

You may delete your content at any time from your account settings.

All intellectual property rights of VítolaApp, including but not limited to design, source code, logos, trademarks, and the VítolaApp brand, are the exclusive property of AEME Solutions and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• Accuracy of pairing suggestions or cigar information
• That the service will meet all your specific needs

Pairing recommendations are general suggestions and do not constitute professional advice. Tobacco consumption carries health risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEME Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, content, or personal information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical errors
